Rates applied according to the duration of the event

The fee is applied according to the schedule indicated previously in the request, calculating the prior preparation of the event until its closure, covering from the arrival of the attendees to the disassembly. In case of exceeding the established schedule, a supplement will apply.

It is considered a half day, those events that have a maximum duration of 6 hours.

Services included:

The rental of the rooms includes technical assistance and the following audiovisual media:

• Concierge service throughout the event
• On-site audiovisual technical assistance service
• Integrated public address system
• Viewing presentations via the presentation PC in the room
• Audiovisual projection
• Internet connectivity
• Portable auxiliary support
• Other work elements: blackboard, etc.
• 3 parking spaces for the organization

Our specialized staff will coordinate with the organizers of the event to provide all available information, as well as the technical means necessary for the good development of the activity planned in the building.

Technical assistance. Technical assistance for rooms is included for rentals. In the case of space transfer, it must be contracted and managed by the event organizer.

Catering. In case the event or activity requires catering service, it must be contracted by the entity that organizes the event. If the catering company does not know the building is necessary a prior visit to EKINN to know the regulations of use, as well as spaces intended for catering.

Additional decoration and/or signage. If the event requires items not available in EKINN, it will be the responsibility of the organization of the event to rent such material, as well as the assembly and disassembly.

Simultaneous translation with approved booth. The auditorium has a booth for simultaneous translation. Not so neither the necessary elements (beltpacks nor the/ professionals of simultaneous translation). Both must be contracted by the entity that organizes the event.

Attendance control (hostess). If the event requires the service of hostesses, it will be the entity that organizes the event who must hire such service, as well as train and give information to such people.

Assembly and disassembly. If the event requires items not available in EKINN, it will be the responsibility of the organization of the event to rent such material, as well as the assembly and disassembly.

Streaming. Additional service to be requested in the technical service. The service quotation will be made according to the specified requirements.

Videoconferencing system. Additional service to be requested in the technical service. The service quotation will be made according to the specified requirements.

Others. Any other item or service not mentioned must be consulted.
